Located in the arid region of Gansu, it is a premier destination for nature and photography lovers. At sunset on a clear day, Zhangye Danxia’s colors shine the brightest, with light and shadow mixing with yellows, reds, and streaks of white. The gateway to the mountains is Zhangye City; you can get to the city by train.
