Watching a sumo match will cost you at least a few thousand pesos but you can watch sumo wrestlers practice (keiko) for free in Tokyo. Head on over to the Arashio Stable and watch the wrestlers practice through the window. They practice almost every day between 7:30AM to 10AM. If you want to learn more about sumo wrestling, the Sumo Museum in Ryogoku is full of curations that show the rich historical heritage of the Japanese national sport. Admission is free!
