Wind down your day with some retail therapy. For shopaholics, Jakarta offers an amazingly overwhelming destination. With more than 150 shopping malls, markets and bazaars, tourists have a wide variety to choose where to do their shopping in Jakarta.

The most common souvenirs include batik clothes and textiles, local wood carvings, batik paintings and silver crafts. Indonesia is also well known for its Kopi Luwak (Civet Coffee) and aromatic incense.
