48 Hours in Bali

Bali on our mind.
by | September 14, 2018

Bali is unlike most of Indonesia, the island’s dominant religion is Hindu, exemplified by the many temples you can visit, one of which is Taman Ayun. The Mengwi Kingdom’s ruler had the latter built in the 1630s. The complex houses a number of shrines, gardens and ponds, making it an ideal spot to take a leisurely stroll. It has four different sections distinguished by rank, the last of which is the holiest and most sacred.
