Island life is fairly simple. With limited cellphone signal and WiFi, you can really unplug and take a quality vacation away from city stresses. Hang around on a hammock and read a book. Take a nap in one of the floating cottages, or just hang out and chat with friends.

One of Mararison island’s notable features is the sandbar on the eastern tip of the island. The white sand formation changes its curves and shape depending on the wind, strength of waves and time of the day. Walk along the stretch of sand during low tide or swim along the shallow shores near the beach.
