The Sapporo TV Tower, located at the eastern side of Odori Park, is another must-visit landmark. The observation deck about 90 meters above ground provides a 360-degree panoramic view of the city, and the colors of the four seasons of Odori Park. On a clear day, you see the cityscape, faraway mountain ranges and the coastline. The observation deck also provides a dramatic twilight view and view of the the city lights at night.
