When one ponders the best places to visit and momentarily escapes the hustle and bustle of big city life, one imagines a serene setting surrounded by a lush greens set in picturesque landscapes. That and then some best describe the municipality of Lake Sebu in the province of South Cotabato.

Named after its biggest natural watershed, Lake Sebu, along with two other smaller bodies of fresh water, Lake Seloton and Lake Lahit, form a dreamy environment that make this place a favorite destination in the south of the Philippines.
