Commuting to and fro around Metro Manila is an everyday struggle, given the congested roads in the city, especially during rush hours. To ease the impact of traffic, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) has rolled out the first-ever hybrid train for the Philippine National Railways (PNR) on April 24.
