But the best time to dine at Top is when the day is about to end. You can watch the sunset by the railing and the magic starts once you lose light. Several strings of lights are hung just above the dining space, twinkling in the night just like the city’s lights from below. It’s a marvelous sight to see and a romantic experience, especially for couples. On nights with clear skies, you might even catch stars. They also have Acoustic Nights to complete the romantic dining experience.
It also gets chilly at night so don’t forget to bring a jacket.
The Food
Top of Cebu is owned by Pages Group of Companies, which is a reputable company in the dining business that also owns other local restaurants such as Lantaw, House of Lechon, and Shaka. This outdoor restaurant serves a variety of both Pinoy and international cuisine, which every palate would enjoy.
