Nestled within a verdant forest, this house four-level house in the cool city of Lipa will give you a peaceful retreat where you’ll be surrounded by the sounds of nature, a picturesque view of a nearby mountain, and the comforts of enjoying slow and restful days. It’s the ideal vacation for those looking to have a late summer getaway or a simple staycation where you can forget your worries for a while.

The stylish home has three bedrooms with different arrangements. Bedroom one has a queen bed good for two people. Bedroom two has two double beds for four guests, and bedroom three has a single bed and bunk beds that can accommodate nine to ten guests. There’s actually a fourth room on the second floor, but it’s restricted to visiting guests.

There are two fully-equipped kitchens at the house, but cooking meals are only allowed in the secondary kitchen. Washing dishes always feel like a task, but the sink’s view at the secondary kitchen would make you take the chore for all your meals.

Each level of the house has a surrounding balcony where you can enjoy the cool weather, especially at night.

The rooftop is best for stargazing! Lipa’s weather gets pretty cool especially at night, so don’t forget to bring a banig, blanket, instruments, and the best stories to share with your company. You’ll get the best views of Mt. Maculot here!

 

Amenities

This home is indeed a little paradise, especially with the amenities it offers to guests. Rest and cool down at the swimming pools in the garden area. A small jacuzzi can also be found near the pool area.

Lounges are also found around the grounds, where you can enjoy some outdoor BBQ, al fresco dining, and karaoke.
