In case you didn’t know, this villa is a second stay in the same property under the same name, Woodgrain Villas. They initially only had a tiny house that could accommodate up to six guests. This new stay, Woodgrain Villas 2, can cater to bigger groups with up to 10 guests, which is perfect for gatherings for small families or a group of friends. 

One of its best features is the stunning view of Mount Banahaw from the villa, as well as the surrounding forest. If going on a mountain retreat is your ~vibe~ for a staycation, you’d instantly fall in love with the property.

While the original villa had a plunge pool in front of the bedroom, the pool in this second villa is located right in between the two bedrooms, which is perfect for when you’re visiting with kids. Adults who are resting in the rooms can still watch over the kids and keep their safety! 

There are two bedrooms in the villa, one of which is a master’s room that also has a couch. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, which will allow you to appreciate the outdoor view when you’re resting inside. It also makes the room look cozier. 

You’ll find more sleeping arrangements in the second room, which is ideal for groups. The sofa by the window is an ideal place for reading, especially with that view! 

Outdoor amenities 

Woodgrain Villas’ outdoor amenities will make you feel like you’re in a home away from home. Aside from the inviting pool, you can cook your favorite meals in the kitchen. There’s also an outdoor grill; what’s a vacation without having grilled food, right? 

The dining table is also conveniently located just across the pool. In case you get peckish in between swimming or want to set up a boodle feast, cleaning up would be easier.
