Don't forget to book a reservation to have a secure slot in one of the kubos.

We all know how crowded Baguio’s popular cafes can get, especially during peak season and holidays. If you’re visiting the Summer Capital with friends, family, or on your own and want to try a new cafe that’s away from the crowd, check out Rockyard Cafe:
Rockyard Cafe
Looking for a unique dining experience in Baguio? This cafe is 15-20 minutes away from the main city but it’s going to be worth it. As its name suggests, this family-run cafe is nestled on the rocky side of the mountain where you’ll have the best views of the ridges and the city.
Unlike typical cafes, you’ll get to dine alfresco in a traditional kubo with a view. They’re spread out in different areas of the rocky ridge, making you feel like you rented a spot exclusively.
Finding other kubos will also feel like an adventure as they’re located behind huge rocks.
If you don’t feel like dining alfresco or plan on holding events with a group, they also have indoor seating and mini-halls. Don’t worry though, you will still get the same panoramic view of the mountains!
The menu
Your cafe experience isn’t complete without getting to try the dishes and beverages over at Rockyard Cafe. Whether you’re visiting for a light snack or a full meal, they’ve got you covered. The cafe specializes in coffee and grilled meals, so make sure to try them. Some of their grilled meals include Grilled Liempo (P189) and Grilled Quarter Chicken Legs (P179). These meals already come with a choice of iced tea or coffee.
