Must-Try: Bohol’s Wave Runner Surfing Adventure
The ultimate zip line experience on a surf board.

You’ve probably heard about the bike zip in Chocolate Hills Adventure Park (CHAP), where you have to traverse the whole length 150-feet above ground level. Well, guess what? They just recently added another exciting ride that basically combines the free-flying sensation of a zipline and the heart-pumping adrenaline rush that you get when you surf.
“The Wave Runner Surf is probably the first in Asia, and it’s part of our innovative idea where we aim to offer the most extreme experience in Bohol,” said Adventure Park’s management.
The adventure starts from the viewing deck, where a motorcycle service will pick up the guest to Tower 3. From there, the 320-meter long ride begins. We’re pretty sure this one is made for those whose middle name is “adventure”!
The Wave Runner Surf Activity costs PHP450 and only ages six years old and up (at least four feet in height) are allowed to try the ride.
Other activities that you can do at the Chocolate Hills Adventure Park include the low and high rope course challenges (rope bridges and obstacles tied atop high trees), wall climbing, horseback riding and mountain biking.
There’s also a butterfly garden where you can learn about this colorful creature’s fascinating life, and a chicken and fish feeding area.
