This particular branch of the popular coffee chain is tucked away from the eyes of tourists who just want their Starbucks fix and requires its visitors to place a reservation before swinging by. Is it worth the hassle? Well, if it means enjoying a good cuppa while admiring breathtaking bird’s eye views of Taipei, then why not?
