Stuffed fully in anko (sweetened red bean paste), taiyaki is a popular snack across the country. It’s unmistakable with its fish shape which is believed to be a sign of good luck. One of the popular shops is Taiyaki Wakaba near Yotsuya Station which makes their taiyaki filled to the brim with anko and its crust a little bit salty to give its customers an amazing balance of flavors. It’s also perfect with the free green tea they serve at the shop!
