The one-bedroom house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood in Cainta; this is perfect if you’re looking for a destination that would feel like a home away from home. It’s actually just right beside the owners’ home!

Since it only has one bedroom, the humble home can sleep up to a maximum of six guests. However, it can be maximized to eight, with sleeping arrangements in the living room. According to the owners, the base price of the property is only for four and additional guests will be charged P800 per head. 

What’s in store for you when you visit and book a stay here? The guesthouse has a spacious living room overlooking the pool. It has floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which will allow you to get a glimpse of the outdoors. This is also perfect if you’re bringing children; while you chill indoors, you can still watch over them when they swim! 

The same goes for the bedroom, which opens to the pool area as well. You can also find lounge chairs by the pool. 

If you’re planning to cook, the guesthouse only has a kitchenette. But you can use the portable butane gas stove for light cooking and pay an extra P100 for the gas. 

For dining, there’s a dining area by the pool, perfect for when you wish to dine alfresco.
