According to the Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH), this new elevated expressway is 5.65-kilometer long, and will traverse the cities of Valenzuela, Malabon and Caloocan. This means that travel time from Port Area to NLEX will also be shorter, and around 30,000 vehicles will be “diverted away from busy roads in Metro Manila.” Less traffic inside the capital city! Travelling to key destinations in Manila like Divisoria, Intramuros, and the University Belt will be faster and easier.
