A journey to zero-waste café business.
by | January 23, 2019

Since they just opened, they currently serve a very focused menu, with Tofu burgers and Burrito wraps as their bestsellers. They also offer fresh garden salad, sweet potato fries, roasted mixed nuts, banana bread, cookies, juices, hand-made coffee, fresh coconuts and cold beer. Dishes are affordable with a price range of P50-120, perfect for hungry surfers and beachgoers.

The cafe makes it a point to lessen or recycle waste to help reduce impact on the environment. They minimize plastic packaging right from the start at the supply chain by talking to suppliers and providing reusable plastic containers for ingredients.
