On the days surrounding Tet, Vietnam’s Lunar New Year and the country’s biggest celebration, Hang Luoc Street in Hanoi teems in color and activity as it transforms into a massive flower market that draws a flux of local flower buyers and tourists. The star of the market? An assortment of cherry and peach blossoms. While Vietnam’s cherry and peach (hoa dao) “trees” are comparably smaller than what you will find in the other locations listed here, they are nonetheless alluring.
