This country might not celebrate Christmas in its religious sense but it does recognize the date as a get-together with friends and family. The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival (December 21 to February 28, 2018) is one of the world’s biggest snow sculpture festivals and is held during the last month of the year. The huge ice sculptures are incorporated with computer controlled LEDs, making the designs sparkle in different colors, speeds and combinations.
