The summer sun is out and everyone’s ready to party, go cafe hopping, and get that much-needed tan. While La Union doesn’t have white sand beaches, it remains a crowd favorite for its nightlife and dining options. If you’re looking into driving to Elyu for a weekend with your friends but still want to enjoy a less crowded space when you’re out to swim, check out Estro’s Place:

Penthouse Unit at Estro’s Place
Estro’s Place may be in San Fernando but don’t worry – it’s just a few minutes away from where La Union’s popular bars and restaurants are. You can easily walk to the beach in San Juan or take a short tricycle ride. This shared place is perfect for budget travelers too, as Estro’s is basically a transient house and the best parts are: it’s affordable and you’ve got a beachfront view.
Estro’s Place has three floors, and the Penthouse Unit has the best sea views from its veranda.
The studio unit is located on the topmost floor, with a bedroom that has a queen and bunk bed that can sleep up to seven people.
The unit also has a living area, a full kitchen, and a dining area.
Shared Spaces
Since Estro’s Place is a transient house, the rest of its outdoor amenities are for sharing with other guests. If you’re looking into meeting new friends, hanging out in these areas sounds fun! A garden surrounds the property, with a firepit in the middle of the backyard. If you don’t want to go out in the sun yet, find shade in the gazebo with tables, chairs, and a hammock.
The beach is just a few steps away from the house; bring speakers, play beachside sports, or go jamming at night.
There’s also a shared outdoor toilet and shower in the yard, in case you need to wash up after taking a dip in the ocean.
