A heritage site in the little village of Unsleben, this 12th-16th century water castle has hundreds of years’ worth of stories to tell, and its lovely hosts would be more willing to walk you through the building’s colorful history. The inside is more modern than archaic, contradicting the look of the castle’s exteriors, but still comfy. Outside the gates of the castle, you’ll find a slew of small shops and restaurants.
