February is the Philippines’ National Arts Month (NAM). Following the theme “Ani ng Sining, Alab ng Sining,” the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), has organized a slew of activities across the country for Filipinos and visitors who would like to immerse themselves in the spirit of Pinoy creativity. The official opening ceremony for NAM this year will be held at the Rizal Park this 3 February, Saturday.
