Travelers who are looking for a community atmosphere opt to stay at the budget-friendly and artsy Circle Hostel. There’s one in each of our favorite Luzon surf towns: La Union, Baler and Zambales, and all of them have cozy amenities that we can’t stop taking photos of.

Each property is wrapped in murals, to which you can always add your own art. We need more hostels like these!
