There are three bedrooms in the house, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Mattresses can also be added for additional guests.

Common areas include the living room and a spacious dining area for eight. Basic tableware is also provided during your stay.

Planning to dine alfresco or simply enjoy the city’s cool weather? The Lanai Area is perfect for mealtimes and lounging. There’s plenty of garden space as well in the front and back yards.

At night, rest and relax at the jacuzzi that can fit up to five people. According to the owners, the first two hours of using the hot tub are free. If you wish to extend its use, you’ll have to pay an additional P1,000 per hour.

There will be no dull time during your stay at Josephine’s with its array of entertainment for grabs. You’ll find a 49-inch Smart TV with free Netflix in the living room – up for a movie night or karaoke? The use of karaoke is by request and only until 10 PM.

Feel like you traveled back in time with the free arcade video games, 4-in-1 game table, and selection of board and card games. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, but go offline to enjoy each other’s company more!
