Lombok has a couple of underdeveloped beaches worth visiting, and one of which is Tanjung Aan. Its shores offer bone white, powdery sand as far as the eyes can see. The turquoise waters are calm from July to August, making it ideal for swimming and wading in. There are plenty of places to rest and relax away from the peak season crowds after a swim.
