Serradura is the Portuguese word for “sawdust.” It’s also a well-known dessert in Macau made from whipped cream and crumbled Marie biscuit known as “sawdust pudding” or Macau pudding. Since the biscuits are crushed into fine crumbs, the toppings resemble sawdust, hence the name.
