Mongolia is the destination when it comes to nature and adventure excursions. The country has a punishing climate that shifts year-round, but for those who are willing to discover it, they will be rewarded with stunning landscapes and unforgettable experiences.

One of the must-visit places while here is the Gobi Desert. A cold desert, temperatures can go as low as -40 °C, with frost and snow occasionally covering its dunes. Interestingly, too, the Gobi desert has been a significant area for fossil finds, and it’s where the first recognized dinosaur eggs were found. But fossils aside and on a regular day, this desert offers landscapes that are no less than otherworldly.
