Nothing compares to the breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. This massive land formation is an American treasure that dates back to Precambrian times, and it has maintained its gorgeous erosional forms up to this day. The geologic colors of the rock formations are mesmerizing, especially when you’re looking from the top overlooking the Colorado river. The whole park is an ecological refuge: it houses diverse ecosystems which include species ranging from endemic to endangered, so it’s no wonder that the place is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
