Prior to its renovation, the idyllic four-hectare lakeside county was a private vacation home for over 30 years. Fond memories remain for its owners, and you can create yours with friends or family during your stay.

The Villa, Nuuk’s two-floor main building, offers both the comfort of a vacation home and a luxury hotel. Boasting exposed brick walls and vintage décor, its lounge spaces and lobby are already picture-perfect. Various European and Asian artifacts and artwork are showcased around the boutique hotel. There are five luxury suites with nine bedrooms in the hotel, which you can rent individually. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an en suite bathroom.

If you’re visiting with a huge group, you can rent the 1,500 sqm space exclusively, including all of its facilities. Up to 35 guests can be accommodated for an overnight stay.

Included in the hotel’s room rates is a complimentary breakfast, which you can enjoy at The Illuli, Nuuk’s rustic restaurant.
