Revisiting Glory at Penang’s Peranakan Mansion

At first glance, the mansion is really plain. The unlikely color of the walls heightened the simplicity of the outer segments. But once you step inside, you will immediately see why this is a must-visit place.

The Pinang Peranakan Mansion has two levels and has lots of rooms. Taking the tour is really worth it to see and understand the grandness of the collections here. It lasts for 45 minutes, and during that time you are encouraged to take pictures of the exhibits. I found this weird since according to the website they do not allow photography! It’s also great since we were able to roam around after the tour.
