Rafanya Sanctuary

Located in The Wellington Courtyard, Rafanya Sanctuary is a stylish and modern loft penthouse that boasts Korean and Nordic interiors. From white walls, lightwood furniture, and unique lighting, there are plenty of corners in this place that would make you feel like you’re on a set of a K-drama.

Upon arrival, guests will receive an Annyeong Welcome Kit as complimentary gifts from the owner. The 83sqm space has two bedrooms, one of which can be found in the penthouse’s loft. Each air-conditioned room has a queen-sized bed with memory foam.

Ever wondered what it’s like to have a tiny kitchen and be a barista? The intimate kitchen is equipped with portable appliances that are just too cute, like an air fryer, rice cooker, and microwave. If you’re feeling fancy, the kitchen is also equipped with a charcuterie board and wine glasses. The coffee corner even has a selection of syrups!

The fun doesn’t stop with the loft’s many IG-worthy spots. If you’re in for relaxing, binge-watch your fave shows and movies at the 55-inch TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, and Viu subscriptions.

The best part is, Rafanya Sanctuary has an Honesty Bar, where you’ll have access to various Korean drinks and snacks. Just when you start craving for the food your fave K-drama characters are having, these snacks are just an arm’s reach away!

If you feel like dining alfresco, the unit also has a private balcony.

The owners also own Korean foldable bikes, which guests can use to roam around the courtyard or explore the nearby Mahogany Market to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables.
