Picture-Perfect Cafes and Restos You Must Visit In Cavite (That Aren’t in Tagaytay)
Because there's more to Cavite than just Tagaytay!

Full of good eats and pretty sights, Tagaytay is already a famous destination among Manilenos who love going on short road trips. But venture out of this little town and you’ll find more things you can enjoy in the rest of Cavite. Check out these picture-perfect cafes and restaurants in Cavite you must visit when you want to explore beyond the town borders of Tagaytay.
Cafe Agapita
This family-run cafe in Silang is housed in a chic two-storey house full of glass windows that let natural light in. The second floor also features a loft where a ‘bed’ is your seat and table. Upfront is where most customers like getting their pictures taken. It also features a garden where events like wedding receptions or birthday parties are held. At night, the whole cafe is lit up, including the little tunnel-like path at the entrance surrounded by lights.

Cafe Antix
This cozy cafe in Cavite might look a bit tight on space and rather cluttered at first glance, but that’s exactly what makes it so charming. The vintage collectibles you can find all around the cafe are actual vintage items, ranging from old typewriters and polaroid cameras to casette tapes and vinyl records to an actual cast-iron water pump. Their menu is as equally as Instagrammable as the cafe is. Everything’s definitely mouthwatering, with pizzas and pasta and drinks inspired by your favorite chocolates like Kitkat and Toblerone.

Calle Real
A well-loved restaurant frequented by locals, Calle Real has been established in the ancestral home of the Tahimic family in Tanza, Cavite. But while the structure itself would make you think you’re about to step back in time, the interiors would ground you to the present in its simple and tasteful design. This helps particularly when events are booked in the restaurant, since the staff can easily transform the place to whatever theme the event requires. Picture-perfect for any occasion!
Location: 8 Sta. Cruz St., Poblacion 2, Tanza, Cavite

Forastero Cafe
The original branch of Forastero Cafe is a colorful mismatch of furniture that feels much like a home away from home. The wooden tables offer a good backdrop for those food shots for your feed, while you can easily kick back and relax on the many beanbags around the place. Plus, they’ve got a movie and gaming room, so it’s definitely a perfect bonding venue for friends and family!
