K-drama fiends are all over the ongoing series Start-Up. This tvN drama starring Bae Suzy and Nam Joo-hyuk is about a group of people looking to start their own tech business and be the next Steve Jobs. Besides the amazing storyline, the drama’s breathtaking sights add to the many reasons why you should watch this drama. Here are some Start-Up filming locations you need to visit when you go to South Korea.
Oil Tank Culture Park, Seoul
The Scene: The first episode opens with a Start-Up Relay Lecture, which is a symposium for budding tech entrepreneurs.
The Location: The Oil Tank Culture Park used to be an oil depot until The Seoul Metropolitan Government decided to turn it into a park. It now stands as a site that raises awareness of sustainability and urban regeneration. Now, the different oil reservoir tanks have now been transformed into performance venues, exhibition halls, and learning spaces.

Nodeulseom / Nodeul Island, Seoul
The Scene: This place was where Nam Do-san (Nam Joo-hyuk) agreed to meet Seo Dal-mi (Bae Suzy) to deliver the signed baseball she purchased.
The Location: This man-made island is located in the middle of the Han River in Seoul. The island is home to small farms where tourists can experience a glimpse of rural life in the middle of the city.

Robot Land, Incheon
The Scene: During the lecture of different successful businessmen at Sandbox. The scene where Seo Dal-mi ( Bae Suzy) and Won In-jae (Kang Han-na) meet after many years.
The Location: Robot Land is a theme park that aims to be a national mecca of robotics once it’s finished. The theme park is still under construction, but its robot experience center is now open to the public. Once construction is done the Incheon local government plans to turn use this park to interconnect manufacturing, education, and R&D.

The Scene: The first location of Seo Dal-mi’s (Bae Suzy) grandmother’s corndog stand.
The Location: In real life, it’s actually a small cafe located in Mapo district Seoul.

Yeouido Hangang Park by the floating stage, Seoul
The Scene: The new location of Choi Won-deok’s (Kim Hae-seok) corndog stand, which is also where Han Ji-Pyeong (Kim Sun-ho) and Won-Deok meet again after many years.
The Location: The Yeouido Hangang Park is the perfect place to sit down and admire the beauty of the Han River. The park has many food trucks where tourists can try out many famous Korean street foods. If you’re really lucky, you might catch a firework show during the evening. Tourists can also rent bikes to further explore the park.
