Heading to the highlands soon? The City of Pines has plenty of well-beloved restaurants that have grown patrons over the years, but if you’re looking for a unique spot you’d want to visit again, check out the newly opened Cornelia Street Bistro House, a Taylor Swift-themed cafe in Baguio.

From a rack with album-inspired menus to themed drinks, Cornelia Street Bistro House is a new spot in Baguio that Swifties wouldn’t want to miss. The café is also located near a transient house and a condominium, which is perfect if you’re looking for accommodation with nearby dining options.

The bistro house features modern interiors with wooden furniture and furnishings matching the highland feel. They also offer indoor and outdoor seating; just imagine dining outside with a view of pines and the distant, colorful houses of the city.

Cornelia Street Bistro House offers coffee and non-coffee drinks, starting at P110 for an espresso. They also serve specialty coffee on a French press or V60 pour-over. For their non-coffee menu, there are tea concoctions, smoothies, and frappes.

Swifties, try their non-alcoholic drinks inspired by Ms. Americana’s songs: Reputation, Afterglow, and Midnight Rain (all start at PHP 130 each).

For those who can’t consume dairy milk, you’ll be delighted to know they have milk alternatives for an additional fee. You can switch your regular milk with oat, almond, or soy for PHP 20.

Pair your beverages with savory or sweet dishes – from pasta and pizza to no-bake cheesecakes. Since you’re in Baguio already, try their Strawberry and Cream Mini Cake (PHP 220), too.
