Also referred to as the Ho Chi Minh City Hall, it was erected in the Beaux-Arts style, mirroring the structures of classical Green and Roman architecture. Although the building is not open to the public, it’s still a photographer’s favorite. It’s best to go at night when all its lights come on, illuminating the ornate details.
