The Private Camp: Daraitan

Nestled on a 400 square-meter camping ground, Camp N of The Private Camp: Daraitan offers an experience like no other: a remote property that starts with an adventure, making you forget the city life for a while and appreciate the simplicity of probinsya life. Going to this quaint campsite starts with a riverboat ride and the fun begins there!

Upon entering the site, you’ll be greeted with simplicity at its finest: the authentic Daraitan village life. Guarded by a bamboo fence, you’ll find a two-story bahay kubo with woven walls and a nipa roof. The ground level has a dining area as well as a rattan hammock, perfect for when you want to enjoy a slow afternoon siesta.

Located on the upper floor is the main sleeping area, which can accommodate up to 10-15 guests. It has bamboo floors and banigs are already provided for sleeping. You can bring your own bedding too, if you want to be more comfortable. The room also opens to a scenic view of the river and mountains.

No camping is complete without a bonfire, which you’ll have in front of the house. Bring your fave homegrown coffee or hot chocolate for a chilly night! Cooking is also allowed, and a charcoal stove and griller can be found in the kubo.
