As travel restrictions in many countries ease, international travel for leisure is something we can look forward to this year.

Can tourists travel to Singapore?
Beginning March 3, tourists will be allowed to travel to Singapore.
Who can travel to Singapore from the Philippines?
- Fiance/Fiancee of a Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Long-Term Visit Pass holder or Student Pass holder and immediate family member
- Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-issued Pass holder (including IPA) and dependent
- Short Term Visitor or tourist
- Singapore Citizen and immediate family member
- Singapore Permanent Resident (excluding PR-IPA Holders) and immediate family member
- Singapore IPA holder
- Traveler visiting on compassionate grounds
Singapore Travel Requirements
Short Term Visitor or Tourist

- Beginning March 3, 2022 2359h, VTL (Vaccinated Travel Lane) for travelers from the Philippines will commence, allowing quarantine-free travel for individuals arriving via air.
- VTL applies to all travelers except the following work permit holder types: Non-Malaysian male Work Permit holders in the Construction, Marine shipyard or Process (CMP) sector and Work Permit holders staying in dormitories
- Accepted Proof of Vaccination
- Purchase COVID-19 Travel Insurance with a minimum coverage of S$30,000 against COVID-19 related charges. See Singapore-based travel insurance products here.
- If tested COVID-19 positive in the last 90 days, determine if eligible for the Vaccinated-Recovered Traveller Protocol
- Confirmed self-isolation accommodation booking
- Take Pre-departure COVID-19 PCR Test at an internationally accredited or recognized lab/clinic/medical facility
- Health Declaration/SG Arrival Card to be submitted up to 3 days before arriving in Singapore
- Take a supervised self-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at a Quick Test Center (QTC) or Combined Test Center (CTC) within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

- Returning SC and PR do not need entry approvals to enter Singapore.
- No mandatory vaccination requirement, but travelers vaccinated overseas should have their overseas vaccination records registered into Singapore’s Immunization Registry (NIR).

Long-Term Pass Holders

- Fully vaccinated LTP holders are no longer required an Entry Approval to enter Singapore
- Entry Approvals are not required if the traveler (a.) holds a Singapore-issued long-term pass (including IPA) and can produce a valid long-term pass and proof of vaccination during entry OR (b.) is unvaccinated/partially vaccinated on medical grounds, and can produce medical proof to be an unsuitable vaccination candidate

MOM Pass Holders / Work Pass Holder

- Only Work Permit and Training Work Permit holders need entry approvals to enter Singapore. Other pass holders still need to comply with entry requirements and travel control measures.

Singapore Quarantine Rules
Under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), fully vaccinated Pinoys traveling to Singapore no longer need to undergo quarantine upon arrival.
Do Filipinos need a visa to travel to Singapore?
No visa is required for Filipinos traveling to Singapore as tourists. Ensure to complete all travel requirements, including the Vaccinated Travel Pass.
