This iconic structure in the bustling city of Osaka is a popular tourist destination. It traces its history all the way back to the 1580s. This restored castle has survived wars and natural disasters. It is also a popular place to visit during Sakura season.

Access: The closest metro station is Osakajokoen Station which is on the JR Line.
Fees: Entrance fee is JPY600 and JPY200 (JPY350 during Sakura season) for the nearby Nishinomaru Garden.
