Around an hour away from Yangshuo town, Xingping is an idyllic place to get away from the crowds and admire the region’s beautiful landscape. You’ll also make a stop here on a boat riding tour of the Li River. However, you can also take the bus and walk to viewpoints. Depending on the weather, the river can be still and mirror-like. This casts a reflection of the surrounding mountains and rock formations. You’ll also see the landscape printed on one of the bills.
