Reachable only by boat from Carangyan Beach in the northern Catanduanes municipality of Pandan, the rolling hills of Cagnipa bombs your eyes with an incredible visual feast. Lying over the grass covered knolls or running up and down the waving peaks, will have you humming ♪ The hills are alive with the sound of music ♪
