The Gopachal Parvat rock-cut Jain monuments carved between the 7th and 15th century, can be found on the slopes of Gwailor Fort. It features the Jain Tirthankaras deities – the spiritual teachers of the “dharma way” or “the righteous path”, in a seated Padmasana and a standing Kayotsarga posture. A few hundred meters away, another series of carved monuments can be seen including the 57 feet image of Adinatha.
