But if you don’t want to deal with crowds, this gorgeous Bali-inspired beach house in Nasugbu will give you the privacy you need, just a few steps away from the beach.

Breeza Marina

Breeza Marina’s Sea Cliff house is one of their four properties in Tali Beach, Nasugbu. This gorgeous home boasts interiors and decor that would make you feel like you’re in Bali, Indonesia. Sitting on top of a hill, this home has big glass windows in its living room where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea.

This home is picture-perfect in every corner. It’s got high ceilings and wooden furniture that stands out and contrasts its white walls. Don’t miss out on the gorgeous wood carvings on the walls around the house!

Breeza Marina’s Sea Cliff is made to host large families or groups of friends. It has three bedrooms good for six people each, four toilets and baths, and one powder room. Cooking meals wouldn’t be a problem as there’s a kitchen and a dirty kitchen, as well as a dining area.

If you don’t want to go down the beach yet, you can take a dip in any of the house’s two swimming pools.

The house has several rooftop areas lined with artificial green grass, which are perfect for different outdoor activities like grilling, tanning, or simply watching the stars at night as you enjoy the cold breeze.

You can also relax at the lanai or any of its two cabanas. There’s a lot of space in this home, you’ll never run out of spots for picture taking!

How to get there

Location: Tali Beach Subdivision, Pebble Drive, Nasugbu, Batangas

A drive from the metro to Tali Beach takes around 2-3 hours. Take SLEX, exit in Sta. Rosa, and drive to Tagaytay. Follow the sign going to Nasugbu, Batangas and when you reach the Palico junction, take a right turn and continue driving until you reach a T-section with a Shell gasoline station. Take a right turn and drive until you reach Nasugbu’s town proper. Continue driving to Wawa and when you reach the end of the road, take a right turn to Tali Beach Subdivision.

The parking space in front of the lot can fit three cars.
