This New Minimalist Cafe in Taytay, Rizal Serves Authentic Vietnamese Coffee

Want to go out but don’t want to stay out too long? Going on a drive to discover new dining destinations is a good way to stave off your toes itching for an adventure while also keeping the outside exposure to a minimum. That’s why this Vietnamese-inspired cafe named Drip Kofi should be on your list of day trip destinations.

Located in Beverly Hill Subdivision in Taytay, Drip Kofi is a minimalist cafe that offers authentic Vietnamese coffee, which is made by letting hot water drip through finely-ground coffee.

Their menu offers different beverages for different palates. There is the expected Ca Phe Sua Da or Vietnamese iced coffee, which is made with coffee, boiling water, condensed milk, and lots of ice. Drip Kofi also offers Spanish Latte, Mocha, White Mocha, Hazelnut, Macchiato, Egg Coffee, and Egg Mocha for coffee lovers. Meanwhile, Peach Tea and Green Tea are offered for people who aren’t coffee fans. Prices of beverages start at PHP 80 for medium sizes and PHP 100 for large.

You can pair your drinks with their small selection of dishes. They have the classic banh mi, Vietnamese spring rolls, pizza, and pasta. If you only want some sweets, you can order some cookies or a slice of plain cheesecake that can be topped with blueberry, strawberry, Oreo, or salted caramel.

Aesthetics

While waiting for your food and drinks, you can take some photos around the Instagram-worthy cafe. The white walls and natural lighting completes the minimalist aesthetic of the wooden furniture and pops of greenery here and there.

Right next door is DK Mini Mart, where you can shop for your Korean grocery needs after enjoying a cup of Drip Kofi. If you can’t wait to get home, DK Mini Mart allows customers to have their favorite ramyeon cooked onsite, so you can enjoy it with your coffee.

Getting there

Drip Kofi and DK Mini Mart is located right inside Beverly Hill Subdivision in Taytay, Rizal. Their exact address is Lot 25 Block 5 6th Avenue corner Campupot Drive, Beverly Hills Subdivision, Taytay, Rizal. You can drop by anytime from 8 AM to 9 PM on Sundays to Thursdays and 8 AM to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

If Taytay is too far of a drive, you can also visit the other branches of Drip Kofi in Antipolo, Binangonan, Angono, Cainta, or Los Baños.
