If you’ve ever dreamed of living in a secluded tropical paradise, the Jungle House might just be the perfect venue to experience it. Nestled on nearly an acre of pure greenery, the Jungle House is a riverside retreat in Sagbang, Valencia, Dumaguete.

It features a large native house, a bahay kubo on steroids, and an all-natural pool you can have to yourself.

No need for air conditioners, the house is comfortable enough thanks to the cool breeze from the surrounding trees.

Perfect for a group of four, the nipa house features a spacious open plan area. You’ll find living and dining areas, a basic open kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, and a bathroom.

The sleeping area is on a gorgeous loft just above the kitchen, where you’ll find a queen bed, a pull-out double bed, and four flour mattresses. Since you’ll be in the middle of a jungle, the sleeping area has canopy nets to protect you from critters. Don’t forget to bring repellent too!

One of the property’s best features is the natural pool in front of the house. When the weather gets too hot, cool off and take a dip in the pool’s cool waters that come from the neighboring river! The front yard also has enough space to set up tables and chairs, in case you want to hold an intimate celebration. It’s a great camping area too.
