A lot of local restaurants in Macau serve delicious shellfish and seafood dishes liked baked oysters, mussels, and soft-shell crab. But if there’s just one seafood dish you have to try, it’s their Clams cooked with a rich white wine cream sauce. A mix between a soup and a stew, the sauce has an interesting blend of sweet, salty and sour flavors that just grows on you with every spoonful.
