The resthouse

Hidden within the little valleys of Nasugbu, Maya-Maya Resthouse is a private residence converted into an Airbnb rental home that puts emphasis on the private aspect. According to the listing, there are no neighbors by the property, so you can enjoy an intimate staycation with just family and friends.

One of the biggest draws of the rental house is not only the privacy, but also the beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Just beyond the lush greenery and treetops by the backyard is the deep blue waters and nature’s landscapes.

The two-storey house features two bedrooms and two baths. The space is modestly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The first floor combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one big space. The doors are made of glass, so you can enjoy the scenery even while you’re comfortable on the couches inside. If the sun is getting too bright or hot, you can pull back the curtains over the doors. On the second floor are the two bedrooms that open to a balcony where you can see even more of the scenic view outside.

At the back of the house, there are stone stairs that go all the way down to the private pool, where you can simultaneously enjoy a dip in the water and the lush greenery all around you. There is also a barbeque grill available at the house if you want to mix things up for dinner. It’s perfect for inuman sessions with the barkada whether you’re by the pool or on the balcony.

The resthouse is located in Maya Maya, Nasugbu, Batangas, only less than two hours away from Metro Manila. One night costs about PHP 9,800 and they can accommodate 10 pax.
