Ranthambore

Located in Southeastern Rajasthan, this is a pretty small National Park at around 400 square kilometers. Despite this, Ranthambore is still known for being one of the best wildlife spotting (particularly tiger spotting!) safaris in the whole of India. The area is divided into 10 zones, each with tiger spotting opportunities. These zones are also homes to various species such as leopards, sloth bears, jackals, foxes, and more. The thin vegetative covering here is unique, making it easier for tourists to spot the jungle fauna.
